Today we have a very special guest - Dr. Lucy Burns, MBBS, FRACGP, FASLM, Cert of hypnosis.
Dr Lucy graduated from Monash University Medical School in 1993 and has since transformed her own health journey into a mission to help others. After experiencing her own weight loss epiphany, she became a certified Lifestyle Medicine Physician and clinical hypnotherapist.
Her approach is holistic and evidence-based, focusing on food, sleep, stress, and strength to address the whole person. Once an "expert yo-yo dieter" herself, Dr. Lucy struggled with sugar addiction, which led to obesity, fatty liver, and pre-diabetes.
